Why are we called Kakano Syndicate?

 Kakano Syndicate
E tipu e rea - Nurturing our great treasures’
Our syndicate name Kakano has come from the centre of our school emblem which shows the growth of a seedling. The Kakano Syndicate is where our youngest children  begin their journey at school. Like a seedling, our children need to be nurtured and we want to provide an environment where they will all be successful learners.

  1. We love looking through the images from Room 1's blog. The boys and girls in our D day class noticed we have a lot in common! We like to read, cook, ride bikes and play with friends too. We were wondering what are your student's favorite subjects?
